Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment?
Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things virtually?
If so, we can help you through telehealth.
Telehealth allows us to provide therapy to our clients via live video conferencing while using a safe and easy to navigate platform. We will meet for our sessions on a HIPAA-compliant platform that protects data during transmission while using end-to-end encryption. This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone.
Telehealth appointments can be very beneficial if getting to a traditional in-person appointment is not convenient, or you simply just don’t want to. Having the option to use telehealth can help folks finally decide to start therapy, from the comfort of their own private space, minimizing the anxiety that sometimes shows up when considering reaching out for support.
Once you've taken the step to schedule your first session, all you need to do is ensure that you have a reliable internet connection, a devise that is charged and has a functioning mic and camera, proper lighting, quiet privacy and one hour of undisturbed time.
